missingWrote a review on 03 Auggreat viewsseamless wi-fiwell stocked gyminconsistent cleaning
Free Wi-Fi worked seamlessly throughout the hotel, perfect for staying connected. Rooms on higher floors offered impressive views, particularly from the pool area on the 18th floor, which provides a decent space to relax after a long day.
Room cleaning fell short during the stay, with times where housekeeping didn’t complete the task, leaving guests returning to an unkempt room. Also, there were instances of essential items, like body wash and coffee pods, not being replenished regularly, which could come off as inconvenient for anyone needing a smooth stay. The gym facilities, while well stocked, felt a bit cramped depending on the number of people using them at peak hours, and the restaurant didn’t draw a crowd, suggesting menu choices may not appeal to everyone.

Had a nice time exploring Santiago during my stay. The location was excellent, with the metro just a short walk away, making it easy to visit nearby attractions like the Gran Torre Santiago and Costanera Center. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, adding to the positive experience. However, the gym could use some updates as the equipment felt dated. Overall, it was a good spot to enjoy the city.

I cannot believe how chaotic checkout was! We were informed at checkout that they only took guarantees from some of our group, causing massive confusion. On top of that, the receptionist's attitude was indifferent, as if this was just a minor inconvenience.
