Fantastic location close to a high-end mall with great food options. Spacious junior suite with comfy bed and lounge area. Good security measures in place and access to a fitness center and outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast had a nice variety, but service could be more attentive. Clean area with easy metro access. The gym is well equipped with great views.

I cannot believe how chaotic checkout was! We were informed at checkout that they only took guarantees from some of our group, causing massive confusion. On top of that, the receptionist's attitude was indifferent, as if this was just a minor inconvenience.

The location is perfect, right in the finance district, and we loved the vibrant ambiance. We explored the Nescafé Theater of The Arts and enjoyed great food nearby. Spacious rooms and a variety of dining options made our stay even better.

Check-out was a hassle. they only took guarantees from some of us, which caused confusion. They could definitely improve the checkout process.
